MyPostUTME is a Computer-Based Testing (CBT) platform designed to help university applicants prepare for Post-UTME examinations. The platform offers two distinct modes of operation:

• Practice Mode: Allows users to practice with questions with extended time limits and feedback
• Exam Mode: Simulates actual exam conditions with strict time limits and score evaluation

Permission is granted for personal, non-commercial use of the platform only. All exam questions, study materials, and platform content remain the property of MyPostUTME and may only be accessed through our platform. Under this license, you may not:

• Download, export, or save any examination questions or materials
• Share your account credentials or grant others access to your account
• Attempt to bypass platform security or access controls
• Modify, reproduce, or distribute any platform content
• Use any automated tools or scripts to access the platform
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the platform
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from materials
• Use the platform for commercial purposes or resale

3. Content Access and Restrictions

All examination questions, past questions, study materials, and other content available on MyPostUTME are provided for online access only through our platform. Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Downloading any exam questions or materials
• Screen-capturing or recording platform content
• Sharing materials with individuals outside of your account
• Printing or creating permanent copies of questions
• Accessing content through unauthorized third-party platforms

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

4. Disclaimer and Accuracy

The examination questions, answers, and materials on MyPostUTME are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to provide accurate content, MyPostUTME makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of materials for any particular purpose.

MyPostUTME and its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages arising from reliance on the platform's materials or services. Exam scores and performance analytics are provided for practice purposes and should not be considered as official predictions of actual exam performance.

5. Exam Results and Performance Tracking

MyPostUTME provides performance tracking, score analytics, and personalized study recommendations based on your practice and exam mode activities. These results are generated by our algorithms and are intended for self-assessment purposes only. They should not be considered as official exam predictions or guarantees of actual Post-UTME performance.

6. Modifications to Service

MyPostUTME reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features, examination content, pricing, or terms of service at any time without notice. We may add, remove, or change exam questions, difficulty levels, or study materials at our discretion. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms of service.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria for any disputes or claims arising from your use of MyPostUTME.

8. User Accounts and Account Security

When you create an account with MyPostUTME, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. • To engage in cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on MyPostUTME, including but not limited to examination questions, past questions, study materials, text, graphics, logos, images, software, algorithms, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of MyPostUTME or its content providers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

By accessing MyPostUTME, you are granted a personal, revocable, limited license to use the platform for educational purposes only. This license does not grant you ownership of any content or the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the platform's materials.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

MyPostUTME may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Engagement in cheating or academic dishonesty during exams
• Unauthorized access attempts or security breaches
• Attempted downloading or distribution of platform content
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users or staff
• Non-payment of subscription fees or charges
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations

Upon termination, your right to access the platform immediately ceases, and you remain liable for any outstanding charges or damages.

12. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

MyPostUTME offers various subscription plans and in-app purchases for accessing additional study materials and past questions. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount specified.

Purchased Content: All exam questions and study materials purchased through MyPostUTME are for online access only. No refunds are provided for purchases of exam materials or subscriptions once access has been granted to the content, as the service has been rendered.

For subscription services, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed the service. Refund requests after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at MyPostUTME's discretion.

MyPostUTME reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of MyPostUTME following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for changes.
